Pro Team Plan Guide: Shared Portfolios, Team Dashboard and Collaboration Tools

The Pro Team plan is designed for small investment teams — boutique asset managers, multi-family offices or investment clubs — who need shared access to all VIP Pro features with team collaboration tools. CHF 79.95/month for up to 5 team members.

Setting Up Your Team

Go to Account → Team → Invite Members. Enter team members' email addresses. Each member receives an invitation email and creates their own account login. The team administrator (plan owner) manages permissions and billing.

Shared Portfolio (Stack Tracker)

The team administrator can create shared portfolio views visible to all team members. Individual members can also maintain private sub-portfolios. All shared portfolios update in real time as gold/silver prices change — every team member sees the same live valuations simultaneously.

Permissions Management

Three permission levels: Admin (full access, can add/remove members, view all portfolios), Analyst (read/write access to shared portfolios, all tools, all reports), Viewer (read-only access to shared portfolios and reports — ideal for clients or compliance staff).
